Books+Writing=New Novel!/:
So I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem. I love reading and, of course, I love writing. But when I'm writing a book I usually tend to get off track of what I was writing about. For example, I'm reading Life As We Knew It. It's a diary about what would happen if the moon came closer to earth. I don't want to write about this, but this is just an example. At the moment, I'm working on an action story (The Zinc Project: Book 1). So, reading Life As We Knew It, makes me want to write a diary about some natural disaster. See what I mean? I've been very good at holding up The Zinc Project lately, but then it starts to get boring and I already know what's going to happen so now it's more of an assignment. Anyone else have these problems? If so, message me or leave a comment!

Welcome All
H.L.'s back!
Well everybody, this is my new blog fully dedicated to writing! First off, I would like to inform you that, yes I am fourteen, and, no, I have yet to finish a book. I've written multiple short stories, essays, and hundreds of poems. I've been working on books/novels as well. With school approaching, it's going to be a little bit harder for me to write two hours a day, though I try my best. I am working towards a journalistic career in high school with the newspaper. I think they call it Journalism 101. But, anyway, I guess that's all for now. Be sure to check every so often for updates about my stories/short stories/new additions to my works of poems.
